AI Systems Implementation

Everyone will tell you AI can do it. Someone still has to build the thing, teach it your world, and find out where it breaks. So we start with one question: what eats your week?

The part nobody mentions

A model is not a system. Out of the box it does not know your clients, your voice, your file formats, or the four unwritten rules that make an answer acceptable in your office. Getting it to know those things is the entire job — it is what turns a promising demo into something you use every day.

Where it breaks

I will tell you what a system cannot do before I build it. There are tasks where the model is confidently wrong often enough to be a liability, and the useful thing I can offer is knowing which ones those are. A system you cannot trust is worse than no system.

You run it, not me

I train your people to operate it themselves. A system only I can run is a system I have rented to you, and that is not what I sell.

What it looks like

  • RFPsIt finds the opportunities worth chasing and drafts the response in your voice.
  • Competitor reportsCompiled and sitting in your inbox before you get in on Monday.
  • SentimentA running read on what people are actually saying about you.
  • DocumentsSource files to a finished, on-brand PDF. No designer, no waiting.

Those are starting points, not a menu. Anywhere a process repeats, a system can live there.

Pricing

What it costs

Priced per project, same as the web work. Up front, or across up to 24 months.

Plus inference — a running system uses a bit of compute every time it works, so there is a small ongoing cost. You own the system outright; I will size that number for you up front.

You will see that number before you agree to anything — no surprises on the invoice.

Questions I get

What does inference actually cost?

It depends entirely on volume and which model the job needs. A weekly report is pennies. A system reading every inbound document is not. I model it for your real volume before we start.

What if the model gets it wrong?

It will, sometimes. Systems get built with a human in the loop wherever being wrong is expensive, and without one where it is not. Deciding which is which is most of the design work.

Do I need to already know what to automate?

No — that is step one. We start by listening: we dig into what is actually eating your team’s time and come back with a map of where the work jams.
